Die gzpk arbeitet mit Partner:innen (u.a. CSS) an vielfältigen Kulturpflanzen für unsere Ernährung. Damit die Pflanzen in der Schweiz ankommen müssen sie nicht nur gut wachsen, sondern auch gegessen werden. Deshalb bringen wir vernachlässigte Nutzpflanzen in Restaurants, um die immense Vielfalt der wenig genutzten Pflanzenvielfalt und deren Potential ess- und erlebbar zu machen. 2023 starten wir mit der klimaresistenten Platterbse. Als Auftakt können am 17. Oktober im Restaurant der Zentralwäscherei in Zürich Platterbsen gegessen werden. Neben dem Essen gibt es Inputs zu den Themen landwirtschaftliche Diversifizierung, vernachlässigte Nutzpflanzen und Platterbsen.
